Updated: it is frustrating to have schedule & customer service issues just about every time. Getting someone in the phone has become impossible most times. The alternate contact choices, from the app or website, are not handled appropriately. The response is just that you have the call the phone number- even tho no one is answering it. my hair was so snarled yesterday I was scared I was going to cut it off. But the girls at B.B. did such an amazing job that my hair is still long. But now it’s silky smooth! Thank you!
I loved my visit ! My hair did not take to the hair dye the first time so I emailed the manager and she got me right in two days later to fix it free of charge. Very reliable and great place to relax and get your hair or nails done.

My girlfriend and I were able to get in here last minute on a Saturday! Allison and her associate were amazing. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she succeeded to my liking. It took a while but I'm not one to complain about being pampered especially as a mom and a full time job :) will definitely be coming back here again the atmosphere was awesome not too loud so I could talk with the girls and my friend. �� music was good and so was the company. My honey surprised me on my birthday (Dec 20) with a 60 minute massage from Jonnie. OMG she was amazing! She really took the time to listen to my needs and tailored my massage, which resulted in me feeling relaxed and pain free for many days thereafter! I will definitely be back ;)
