Scheduled a 30 minute facial with dermaplane with Kayla. I really enjoyed the facial and that she asked questions about my skin type to make sure to use products that would work well. It was very relaxing and private. Overall, It was a great experience. I will definitely be back.

I had a 45 minute facial with dermaplaning scheduled and a 60 minute massage. Go to my appointment my facial lasted about 30 minutes and my dermaplaning was not done good at all. As I'm waiting for my massage appointment I get a text saying she cant do it. So I'm already there waiting and get a text. Really Disappointed. Bad customer care! I understand things come up but if you know u need to cancel an appointment do it ahead of time! And if you pay for a 45 minute facial you want your whole 45 minutes!
