Not only am I relaxed and ready to nap, by face feels fresh and AMAZINGLY soft... like a baby’s butt, not even kidding and I can’t stop touching my skin. Very poor customer service. Did not return calls in a timely manner and would not honor gift certificate after a couple of weeks of being expired, due to the fact that I couldn’t get a hold of anyone and did not get a callback. $70 in the toilet! This is how you treat customers?
