All the instructors are fantastic - professional and fun. The best part of this workout is that you surprise yourself - it feels so difficult but when you finish the class you feel so strong!
Great work out! Everyone is so nice and helpful. I love the scheduling almost one every hour so I can get a class anytime of the day!

Love, love, love this place! The instructors are warm, friendly, and always make you feel involved. They provide constructive criticism and positive feedback and always manage to engage every person in the class. The work out is absolutely, wonderfully challenging and enjoyable at the same time which is not an easy combo to achieve. Not only is it extremely effective but it is empowering as well.
