It was the worst hair color I ever had. I asked for a strawberry blond look, my hair is a light brown color, and a blended look. I ended up with stripes of bleach blond and dark red across the top of my head. It took another salon to fix the issue with two more foils and one color over everything. Still if you look closely you can still see the strips. The hairdresser was Katie O. I don't know about the others, but I WOULD NOT SEE HER, she clearly does not know what she is doing or just like to destory customers hair.
