I asked the owner and the lady doing my hair if they can do frontals and they told me yes, but when the stylist installed it, it was mess. She cut my baby hairs off of the frontal, it was crooked, and looked like a really messed up closure. I told her I didn’t like it but they didn’t give me a refund (which was $100) and didn’t pay for a new frontal. My frontal wasn’t cheap it’s from Kendras Boutique I’ll just say that. Im never going here again please research before coming here because they CAN NOT do hair.
The experience wasn't what I thought it would be but I can say the people that work there are very nice.
My experience was what I expected. Went for a sew in 49.99 and was delivered beyond expectations. Customer service was on point from the time I walked in the day before and made the appointment to today when the job was done and my stylist was communicative and informative on what I was talking about. Thank you.
It's more than just a salon and getting your hair done. This place was absolutely amazing! My daughter and I had a full body massage with facials. Very professional. The massage therapists were simply amazing. I came in with neck pain and left on cloud 100..seriously. I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone that needs a relaxing massage especially if you've been injured in a car accident or suffered a stroke or for back and hip problems.
