I booked a reservation with Motel 6 / Studio 6 on May 28. At check in, the property could not locate the reservation due to a confirmed system error. Multiple employees, including Tom, Ryan, and Sam, verified the reservation was not visible in their system. Even though the reservation did not exist in their system at that time or on May 27, I was still told I would be charged a $70 cancellation fee. I am extremely disappointed with how my family and I were treated at this hotel. I came to Dallas with my children and family to visit Peppa Pig Theme Park Dallas-Fort Worth and what should have been a fun family trip turned into an unnecessarily stressful experience. The most frustrating part is that I had already successfully checked into the hotel. Absolutely disgusting. Roaches everywhere and not clean. The cigarette smell i could deal with but not the roaches. They didnt even refund me the whole room or stay.

After spending two nights at the motel 6 not so far away. This place is a Ritz-Carlton.. If you book through the internet the price is negligibly different from the motel 6. But the room and the cleanliness and the people staying here are clean and nice. That's a whole lot more than I can say for the last one. Front desk staff is very nice and yeah the room is exactly what they say it is. It's a sweet. I was impressed. It's got a little dining area places to store your clothes and iron working television.
