Love everything the new managers have done here! The property is well kept with a friendly atmosphere and the location makes for lovely walks and short drives for anything in North Austin.
The place is pretty good for the price, and the owners live on the property so they usually take care of any issues pretty quickly. It's clean and in a good location with some good eating within walking distance. My only personal draw back is that there is no assigned parking, you won't be forced to park in the street but if you are late you will be next to the dumpster. Overall a pretty good studio apartment complex.
I’d highly recommend living here. Their communication is great and the family managing the complex is so kind. Great neighborhood, best in Austin IMO
I absolutely love living here! When the new owners Mike and Becky took over it was like night and day compared to the previous owner. They have spent so much time making all these little touches to improve the property land I’m incredibly grateful for them. The property is much more quiet and peaceful, all the residents are respectful and friendly, and anytime there was something that needed to be addressed, they were on top it quickly.
