I’ve lived here a little over a year, and it was pretty rocky for a while until the new owners, Mike and Becky, took over. There has been a big difference in a really positive way. They’ve worked tirelessly to improve the property, and it really shows. They’re quick to respond to maintenance or any issues that come up, and on top of that, they’re genuinely kind and approachable people. I wasn’t sure I would stay, but they have REALLY stepped it up. Kalantari is out. The new owners are great! Family owned and operated now. I’ve seen them here nearly everyday since they took over making things right for current and future tenants. They’ve done a great job cleaning the place up and making repairs. The roof is going to be replaced this coming month! The new property management group is great also. I’ve spoken to Fabian a couple occasions and he is very responsive to your needs as well. This little gem in Hyde Park is on the come up!
New mngmt is sooo much better. They immediately renovated the building, put up nice murals, and added a fan in the laundry room!! They are responsive to maintenance and constantly cleaning up the place
New managers/owners are here everyday making repairs and keeping the place clean.
Great place. Good location.
