I was supposed to initially move in to an apartment the first of September then they said I had to wait a week for cleaning and repairs. Yesterday I went by to check and the place was absolutely disgusting. I am talking about human bio hazard, cigarettes and mold everywhere. The fact they let it get that bad while a tenant was there after I asked if the place was non smoking and they reassured me it was no smoking in the units. The place is pretty good for the price, and the owners live on the property so they usually take care of any issues pretty quickly. It's clean and in a good location with some good eating within walking distance. My only personal draw back is that there is no assigned parking, I usually always like parking in the same spot. Overall a pretty good studio apartment complex.
Love everything the new managers have done here! The property is well kept with a friendly atmosphere and the location makes for lovely walks and short drives for anything in North Austin.

I’d highly recommend living here. Their communication is great and the family managing the complex is so kind. Great neighborhood, best in Austin IMO
