I hit the hair color jackpot ! Came in for a color today with Karen and it was truly an amazing experience. Karen is a 5 plus ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️star & this is coming from someone who is quite picky about her hair. I will use Karen and your beautiful salon always as I winter in Delray!

yes, great cut except my cut ended up looking like "the little Dutch girl" which is not what I wanted but great cut. I wore a mask as did my beautician although he asked me to remove it a couple times so he could cut my hair properly. The lady in the seat next to me was not wearing a mask and she was coughing. Not sure why they put her next to me as all the chairs were empty and they could have put her 6 chairs away from me.

Sue Ziel went in for what should have been something simple. Unfortunately it didn't go that way and she wound up with hair falling out. Who puts bleach in a person's hair then. tells them to suffer through the burn. That should have been enough of a clue for them to stop.
Because you are very unprofessional you ruined someone's hair I know. You will be reported to The Better Business Bureau and also the FL licenseing board. Have a great day
I was there for 9 hours and you turned my hair blue trying to go silver. Originally you quoted 380 and then changed it to 480. I gave a 100 dollar tip after being made to feel bad because it took so long. when I told Mike the bleach was hurting, he said " just a little bit longer" Chunks of hair in back broke off and I am miserable. I tried to text you with no response. If you dont do right by me...I will have to report this. I have a lot of people behind me

Andy @ studio 34 was the best!!! I have never been so in love with my hair until today! He went above and beyond and the entire staff is welcoming. I will be back
