I had a fantastic vacation experience taking a moment to enjoy a Vinyasa Power Hour class. Liz's class was peaceful, yet offered the opportunity for a challenge. I wish I still lived close enough to make this my home studio. I'm looking forward to stopping in for a class every chance I get.
Great studio! Liz is an outstanding teacher and very welcoming. They have an excellent variety of classes and times to accommodate everyone! The studio is brand new, immaculate and well stocked with a variety of fitness and yoga "tools". Best part of all: meeting Gator, their studio pup!
