Today marks my 1 year anniversary with STUDIO 33! When I first moved to the island, I was intent on finding a welcoming and clean studio that would keep my physical and mental wellbeing in check. Not only did I find that, but I found a place that truly feels like home. Love, love, love this studio! My BFF and I visited from Maryland (Thanksgiving and Christmas) and both Liz and Frank welcomed us with open arms. Made us feel like we belonged to this community from day one! It’s our home away from home. Every class is taught with mindfulness and the teachers share knowledge and comfort. I wish this were my home studio. Highly recommended. Check it out - you’ll be hooked just like we were. Namaste Liz, Frank and team! ��
