It waited over a month for an appointment. When I arrived before my scheduled appointment, Jodi looked at me like I had 3 heads and said I was not on her schedule. When I showed her the text confirming my appointment she said she could not see me then, but she would she what she could do. I did not want to reschedule. When I texted her later with the comment "Just WOW" She replied that she was sorry that if I had just given her a second, she would have remedied this. I love Shannon! I have been going to Shannon to get my hair done for at least 10 years. She’s amazing and I always get compliments on my hair! I love the look and atmosphere at Studio 315! It’s a great place and I would highly recommend them to everyone.
