Kelly saved me!!! I went in crying on July 6th….bc I have trouble saying no and stupidly let someone who doesn’t work in a salon/ taking clients, anymore, (but has cosm. license), cut my bangs, at their beach house….after they’d been drinking all day. The results were HORRENDOUS! I looked emotionally unstable. As if I’d suffered a mental break down, and decided to make a drastic change by giving myself the worlds most ugly bangs. It was bad.
