I was very satisfied until today! I had to cancel my appointment becasue I got called into work The owner was very rude to me . I called later to see if they had a cancellation and they said yes but I had to pay 65.00 cancellation fee plus my nail fill fee before getting to book another appointment!!! Who dose this company think they are ????? Working people have to work to get paid for luxury items like nails .

Recently read a review on Studio 108 that absolutely does NOT Depict this place accurately. Studio 108 is 10 out of 10. They’re hygiene is top tier, they are beyond friendly and welcoming to everyone who walks through the doors and tries to make everyone feel like family; with so many options to pick from, you have choices but for me studio 108 is THE choice. Amazing work, amazing professionalism, and amazing environment. They care about their salon, work and customers.

"Average" you will not receive anything more than average service here. The $50 price for no add ons is a bit steep. No hot towel wrap, clay mask, hot stones or wax treatments are offered with a pedicure. The pedicure is done with tools that are not sanitized. There is a wooden pick used for cuticles and cleaning under the nail bed, the same tools used to poke a hole in the water to drain the spa and then set back on the rack to use on the next customer. Very odd experience. I have gotten my nails done for many years. I didn't have a nail place so read reviews saying this place makes you feel like family. Not so much. The owner is that way with his regulars, but I was not treated very well at all. No one mentioned the polish for my toes wasn't available for my nails in gel. My nails were uneven from breaking and they filed and left them all different lengths. When I asked for tips on the shorter ones to even them up, the owner told me thats not what I asked for on the phone.... read more
