The nurse called me to ask permission for my daughter to go to the ER from their facility due to vertigo. Since it is next door, I asked how she would get there. The nurse said via a wheel chair. The nurse lied, she was sent via an ambulance to the building NEXT DOOR ( a cost of almost $800 dollars). My daughter has not money being a student therefore my husband and I are responsible. Our eldest son lives there and could have taken. Disgraceful!
Not something you want to go to if you have a complex medical history.
James was extremely friendly and helpful. Made the process go a lot smoother. Very efficient and effective!
