A small stadium with great visibility from every seat.

The large kielbasa they sell is a great value for the humongous portion they give you.
right in the middle of a college campus (csu dominguez hills), which is in the middle of a residential area. any seat is a good seat (even the top tank, last row)
Plenty of good seats to view on field action. Relatively entry and exit from stadium parking.
Many uses. Concerts, football, soccer, boxing, graduation
Easy to park if you get there just a tad early. Cool food spots
Night Nation Run was a great 5K but the event was disorganized.
