Scumbags. I was supposed to attend an event in May. Of course the soccer game which was meant for my son's birthday was cancelled. Here we are in October of 2020 and these scumbags refuse to resolve or provide me a refund.
Horrific customer service! I would leave zero stars if possible! An event that I purchased tickets for was canceled due to Covid-19. I called Stubhub immediately and requested a refund as the tickets were $364-. The Stubhub Rep advised that "Her Team" needed to verify that the event has been canceled, and that someone from Stubhub would contact me within 48 hours. Of course no one from Stubhub contacted me. We paid $800 on a credit card which is sitting there accruing interest on a concert that was canceled several months ago. We even purchased the StubHub insurance so that in case something happened we could get a refund and they're still refusing to give us a refund and the concert should have been months ago and it's 2 states away from where we live! Was stopped at entrance with a mophie power supply pack for my cell phone. This was NOT on the list of banned items that I had specifically checked online on StubHub Center site prior to the game.
