This is the worst grooming service ever. I had to cancel twice. The doctor told me I had covid like symptoms and to cancel. I was yelled at, told off, and ridiculed for canceling my appointment because the groomer couldn't get paid. They also told me that because I canceled and was sick a couple of times that they would not accept me as a client. I am extremely disappointed in my experience with Stubby's. I have been going there for over 5 years and have always been satisfied with my dogs grooming, under the old management. The service has severely declined. My golden doodle was shaved to the skin and huge chunks of hair are missing. When I told the owner that I was not happy, she was very rude to me. Used to be our go to place, but they can't seem to answer their phone or return calls. We've left 3 messages in the past 2 months & they haven't bothered to return one call. Think they must have gone out of business or they no longer care about their customers.
