Valerie is a very caring and professional person.. and makes certain the patient is always comfortable while performing her duties.
Walking into your office and being met by closed windows was a surprise!Didn't care for that. your staff and the front desk ladies are good at what they do. My only complaint is that after my appointment I was left standing in your office area and no one told me that I needed to pay or acknowledge me standing there. I waited and then decided that I guess there's no bill.your friendly ladies at the desk caught me before I got out the door. Felt a little funny.... Didn't like that either.
Dr was off ill, would have appreciated knowing and rescheduled the appointment
