I called the mechanic and he clearly explained what needed to be done, so I was able to drive to the shop without needing a tow — which saved me a lot of money. Once I arrived, he ran a full diagnostic, found the problem, and repaired everything perfectly, and at a very fair price. Really appreciate the honest and professional service. Highly recommend!
