Struts is all about fresh food. Struts serves nothing but the best. Struts gets their burgers, chicken breasts, wings, and steaks fresh everyday. We don't freeze them. We cook to order so there is no precooking and it comes out hot and fresh. Also, our chicken and steak is marinated everyday, and we don't use lard or animal fat.

The manager on duty was very rude to my group today. I've been a fan of Struts for many years, but today sealed the deal on me never coming back. The entire section complained about the noise from the TV and she commented it couldn't be turned down. She walked away and left the remote. We quickly learned it could be turned down and did so. She came back in turned the volume up to 60, slammed down a napkin dispenser and left. The noise was unbearable. Rude management, dirty, loud tv refused to turn it down.
If you go right before dark you are rushed to eat and rushed out of there so they can open the bar. Also the food has gone downhill it’s not the same since they opened the bar part. Not sure what’s going on.But we won’t be eating there no more.
struts USE TO have a nice atmosphere & you could take your family out to eat there for a nice meal. Struts today is nothing more than a bar filled full of fist brawling drunks with very piss poor security who does NOTHING to help keep the place safe. Struts is very unsafe, the security is horrible and it's a very dangerous place after a certain time. The city of Jacksonville needs to shut this place down before someone gets killed!! Do not go to Struts!!!
