RecommendedAlways good service, good food & staff
Terrible food for the price. We ordered 2 adult meals and two kid meals totaling $45. It was horrible. The wings were dry and had slimy fat skin. The philly had hardly anything in it and was dry. Awful to-go experience, no one looked like they knew what was going on. And on top forgot the extra fries.
Terrible service. Waited over an hour and a half for our food. Half of our table got their food after an hour, we still do not have ours. Rude waitress, rude management, terrible!!

Service was not good at all. Had to ask for silverware, they put one fork on the table. Asked for another fork and then asked for a knife. Had to stop a server and ask for another beer, it had been 15 minutes with empty bottles on the edge of the table and then it was not cold. Servers were constantly walking by and would not even look at us.

Rant....We placed a call in order to Struts in Jacksonville today with a $59.33 order. Well they left out the bacon cheese fries. I’m thinking no problem they are probably just busy, so I call to let them know. A young lady answered the phone and proceeded to tell me she knows those bacon cheese fries were in the bag and basically I’m lying. Seriously?!?!
