Awful customer service and poor quality clothing – I've never had such horrible customer service in a store, especially in South Austin. While trying to return clothing that fell apart after 1 hand washing, I was met by a defensive, hostile employee who begrudgingly exchanged the article of clothing.
Great store! Nice people! – They have fun "going out" clothes, some casual and some dressy...not too expensive, with quick and easy shopping! The people that work there are very helpful and nice! Check out 1st Thursday!
love it – I have been to both locations of Strut many times and have had nothing but great service! Amazing prices as well.
First visit to Strut – Enjoyed the store. Good selection and great prices, however don't expect that South Austin friendly service that most of the small businesses along South Congress seem to offer. Could have done without the slightly snotty attitude. Don't forget your a business in South Austin, not downtown Houston.
