Customer Service? There was no service there.... – Okay, I went because a friend of mine said they had great shoes and purses. I am plus-size so therefore do not fit into any of their clothes, but wanted to see their shoes and purses. We were never acknowledged when at either location. They do not provide you with customer service. Perhaps it's because my friend and I are both plus-size...but should that really matter? Great Sales, Great Clothes – I saw there were some negative reviews here about the guadalupe location, i have been to both guadalupe and south lamar MANY times, and have yet to have any "upitty" or "rude" staff, i am not caucasian either so dont think its because I am white, i shop at strut often, i took my sister their when she was visiting from mn and now she sends me money to get her clothes here, they are not cheap clothes like forever 21, they are a bit more expensive than forever 21 which mean they are still affordable... read more
Awful service, Awful clothes. – If I could, I would give NO stars for this place. I had heard about Strut from a friend a few days ago and decided to check it out with a friend today. We went to the Guadalupe location. I am an avid shopper and always go into a store with an open mind. I stepped foot in the door and the decor was actually very well put together. Worst customer service in town – The Guadalupe Strut does not give a damn about customer service. The employees are extremely rude and they could all use makeovers themselves. The clothes are identical to those found at Forever 21, but you will encounter a much classier group of employees at Highland Mall! Considering the prices and the poorly groomed employees I would assume Strut is part of the Wal-Mart chain.
Affordable but CUTE clothes! – I go to Strut at least once a month! The get shipments in pretty frequently so there is always something new. The prices are affordable ($20-$30 for a top, $30-$40 for a dress) and they have a good selection of inexpensive accessories (purses, jewelry and shoes). I've gotten friends a lot of birthday gifts there. If you are sick of the mall selection, want something unique but not expensive, check out this store!
Fabulous store – I recently went to Strut on South Congress and had a wonderful shopping experience. Walking in I became worried the prices might be too steep for my budget but I was very surprised how affordable everything was---I shop way too often at Forever21 to pay more than $50 on a single item. Adorable clothes and a great shoe, handbag and jewelry selection. Overall a great store for unique pieces at inexpensive prices. I will definitely be back soon!
LOVE IT! – I have been to strut on mulitple occasions and the service is always so wonderful. The employees always go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and help me out. If I ever need help planning an outfit or looking for a different size they assist me right away. The sales are amazing and first thurs. is always tons of fun! i couldn't have had BETTER experience at the store.

Poor customer service – Strut has some great prices and cute clothes, however the customer service on one occasion was the worst I have ever experienced. The employee was so rude to me when I was simply asking questions about who was next for the dressing room on their super busy first Thursday sale. My advice to them is to get more dressing rooms and remember to be friendly to the people that are in there to spend money. I will not be returning.
