good for a fast, cheap outfit..however... – Honestly, this store can very much be compared to forever 21. The buyers are obviously buying from the same place. all of the clothing is made out of the same material. except strut charges 30 dollars more. truthfully, as much as i like going in there when i'm bored or need a cute, cheap pair of shoes..that company needs to seriously go into higher end stores and take some notes on how REAL customer service is given. Horrible craftsmanship, NO customer service. Don't waste your money. – This place has HORRIBLE, BAD, SHOTTY CRAFTSMANSHIP OF THE CLOTHING. I went into Strut looking to do some shopping. Adorable – I don't know what is going on in Austin, but everyone should head to the location outside TSU in San Marcos. My sister, mother, and I stopped in briefly while getting a feel for the campus and I couldn't have been more impressed. I am probably a few years older than the normal clientele, and my sister has been blessed with some serious curves which also seem out of the norm for the store. Does NOT accept ANY returns, awful customer service, questionable quality – As several other customers have pointed out, customer service is terrible, but my bigger problem is they don't accept returns, which they don't post prominently. I'd been in before and left quickly because of the obnoxious clerks but this time, I was getting my car inspected across the street. Cute Clothes, at the expense of customer service – The clothes are so so cute, though they're often not very well made. As well the employees aren't attentive in the least, when you enter the store you get a very unenthusiastic "hello, how are you" from whoever is standing at the front desk. But nonetheless I don't shop here because of the service. Amazing Clothes, Awful Customer Service. – I love strut and the clothes, however on the past couple of times I've gone the customer service is terrible!! I didn't even get a hello, until I had 2 items already in my hand, waiting on them to take the clothes away. All they did was sit and talk and this has been on a regular basis. I'm VERY dissapointed at the customer service because I do love the clothes, but I won't continue to go because of how I get treated.
Great selection on Jeans!!!! – Great selection on good quality jeans!!!! I would recommend that you are sure of the prices of you items before you pay, I purchesd a few pair of jeans and the clerk assumed they were all the same price when infact I was over charged around $20 on each pair. With some of the tags either missing or stuffed in the pockets I later found out that I had been over charged, but the staff was very apologetic and gave me no problem in getting the prices adjusted!
