Upon my first visit, I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Mairino asked all the right questions & was able to immediately effectively relieve the pain & discomfort I was feeling. I’m glad to have found his practice!!!!

I am soooo glad I found this place.Dr Maiorino is the best! For years I have shoulder lower back issue due to bad posture at work, I tried all kinds, PT, chiropractic, massage, workout, none of them feel as comprehensive as here and everytime I come I feel so relaxed afterwords. Dr is so patient and knowledgeable, would recommend to anyone.

Structure Based Therapy in Atlanta is where you get the real deal! They made a special plan just for me and listened to all my needs. The hands-on techniques eased my tension. I feel way better.

my boyfriend and I had never gone to a chiropractor before, so we did a ton of research and found Dr. Michael. we both went to see him and our results have been amazing. we feel so much better and for it being our first time we were pretty nervous of what to expect but he made us feel comfortable and well taken care of. you will not be disappointed!
