Inconsistent, unprofessional, terrible service. After 3 years of inconsistently paid checks, they did not notify me that the tenants were moving out. I had over \$8000 in damages (it looked like they peed on the walls and tried to tear off every doorjamb in the house) and Strother P.M. did nothing. They did not even assess the damages, and it took months and numerous phone calls before they even gave me the security deposit. Horrible company...Lease was cancelled midway through and then we got pounded on our security deposit when it came time to get it back. Also lied to the owner about payments being received on time. STAY the hell AWAY

We just rented from Strother Property Management and things are going good! Our new rental home was very clean and well cared for when we moved in! Everyone there is really nice and helpful.
We decided to rent out our home in Fayetteville when we moved. Managing the property from miles away was difficult and we are so glad we chose to work with Strother Property Management. Great communication and very professional!

The company I used to rent from never picked up the phone and maintenance issues took forever to resolve. I have never had that problem with Strother Property Management, they have been great!
