Great coaching plus a great community. I've been a Strongside member for 2.5 years and it has been the best investment I've ever made in myself.
This is the best gym I ever been to. The staff are genuine and super positive. The owner/head coach Mitch is a wealth of knowledge as well as having your back for whatever fitness goals you have. I HIGHLY recommend this gym for anyone who wants to be around fitness minded people of all levels who are looking to make fitness, health and well being a priority. STRONGSIDE FOR LIFE!!!
Great gym! Owner/coach is like your own personal trainer, enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable. Every workout is different. Love the small class format but with everyone doing their own thing. I've learned SO much about weight lifting and training; great experience with great people!
Great Gym ! I had a great workout mainly because the coaches are knowledgeable and helpful also everyone was welcoming and friendly. It felt like a whole bunch of friends working out in together. Lots of equipment and really well organized. Coach Mitchell was Great! Looking forward to other workouts at Strongside
