Best group of people ever!! Mitchel and staff are amazing.
I just recently joined Strongside but already love it. Mitchel, the owner is fantastic and an amazing coach and business owner. The community there is great and very welcoming. There are different types of classes so there is something for everyone!

I have been at Strongside for the past year. I love everything about this amazing place! From the stellar coaching to the incredible community of support, Strongside is unlike any gym I’ve ever been to before. I’ve been with Strongside for almost 3 years and it just keeps getting better. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. The workouts are challenging and no two workouts are the same. You’ll never get bored. I am surrounded by likeminded people who want to improve their overall health. No drama, just work. Come on down to fitness town!!!
Best gym and community I've ever been a part of. As a 40 something overweight male I have always felt judged at gyms or only supported when first joining. At Strongside I feel loved, accepted and challenged. The community that Mitchel and staff have created is top notch and true to every good word that is spoken about them.
Mitchel Black knows what he is doing. He has grown Strongside into a home for many people. The community is great and the support you get from everyone just can't be beat. Love this place!
