I've been late paying rent by a few days a few times and longer a couple of times. Just forget. I recently set up a reminder on my calendar so that doesn't happen any longer. The issue I have and had has mostly been resolved. The security gate was inoperable or gone for several months. Before that, the gate would be inoperable for a day or so.
