I've been trying to schedule an appointment for almost 3 weeks now. They'll list options for dates and times, but then when I select an option, they say it's not available. I would assume their counseling services are great if it's this difficult to get an appointment, but it's not worth the frustration for me.

They have a wonderful way of HELPING YOU, figure out your problems, without ever telling you what you need to do. This is also done, and there is NEVER any judgement.
