My clothes washer created wet spots in the nearby carpet. Michael was able to find and ID the source of the leak when another guy couldn't. He did this in one hour. He ordered a replacement part and was back within a week. After the install, he tested the new part to make sure the leak was gone, and found a second leak, which he also fixed without making a big deal out of it. After our fairly new dishwasher quit draining for the 3rd time and ruined our kitchen flooring, we were referred to Michael to help us out. He was prompt and efficient, and kept in great communication with us. We appreciated his ability to identify the likely problem, and gave us more than one option on how to proceed. Mike is great to work with! Very helpful, reasonably priced and honest.
I used Mike to check on a whether or not it would be worth it to repair a refrigerator at a rental property. He called and gave me an honest opinion that it wasn't. I paid his trip fee which I knew about in advance and was happy to do that to get his opinion. Will call him again if need be.
