Michael is an appliance repair ninja! We've had him out on separate occasions to do a refrigerator repair as well as a dryer repair. Both times he has exceeded expectations. Even going so far as to putting a band aid repair on the dryer so we could tackle our Everest-like pile of laundry while waiting for the part he needed to come in. Always appreciate the fair, honest and quality work you do Michael!
We have used Michael's service 3 times in the past 18 months for Appliance repairs. Michael is completely focused on customer service, we could not be more impressed with this company's communication, promptness and expertise. Appliance repair in the past with other Companies brought on tons of anxiety, though it still stinks to have a broken appliance, we now are so comforted to be able to call Michael knowing that we will receive an honest and expert response. Outstanding Company, our highest recommendation!
Communicating and scheduling was a breeze. I love that I could text and get a reply quickly. Michael was knowledgeable, thorough, and I felt that I can trust him when he was explaining what was wrong with our washer. His pricing is fair and less than what I anticipated. Highly recommend!
