I can't say enough good things about my experience with StrongHammer, and Steve the repairman. Next day service for my broken washing machine. SH needed to order the part, and was really flexible on scheduling the 2nd visit. They texted/called before arrival to confirm. Steve was dynamite. Courteous, friendly, outgoing, and knowledgeable. Good service like this is hard to find these days. Simply put, Stronghammer has earned ALL my business on all future appliance repairs.
Loved having steve over to look at my refrigerator. He is a very intelligent and charismatic guy. We even chatted about other appliances in my home and he gave me some great advice. 5/5!
I loved Stronghammer's easy scheduling, quick reply time, friendly and knowledgeable service, and orientation to keeping good old appliances in working order. With their help I may never have to buy a new washing machine.
