Ricco is the man! – Rolled into the dealership @ 7:15pm on a Saturday, just to take a peek at a Jetta TDI. I had no intention of buying a car that night. I've never bought a car on my first trip to a dealership.. Ricco did an outstanding demo, sold me on the car and the dealership, made the process as easy as possible and completely stress-free. I can't recommend these folks enough. In-and-out in less than 2 hours, this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had.
Got a great lease from Ricco/Strong VW – Car shopping is only fun when you get to take the vehicle for the test drive, alone, and not feel pressure or hear the commentary/sales pitch of the salesman while you drive. Save your time and money – My experience here was terrific! The sparkle is INSIDE not OUTSIDE – Just got my new, WONDERFUL Tiguan - Love it. The experience we had with Ricco and Shad was not to be believed! Will do Business with again – As a loyal VW driver I would expect nothing less than amazing service from any Volkswagen dealer but Strong VW goes above and beyond. nice people to deal with – I went into Dave Strong and they were very nice. They let me look around the lot for a couple of minute before they greeted me. I like that because I hate when a salesman comes and greet me right when I get out of the car. When they did come out to talk to me.
