James Wolf was my service rep. He was as always very good to work with. He explained everything to me and by doing so there was no surprises. I have been going to Strong VW for several years and will always go there for service.
James Wolfe in the service drive is very knowledgeable and attentive to my needs. I never have much time and he is always accommodating. The rest of the team at Strong VW service are also great to do business with. Thank you for being a constant service advisor I can always count on.
Strong Volkswagen in Salt Lake City does a tremendous job with their service center. The employees are more than thorough with their help. Chip Bryson did a great job fixing my car and making sure I understood what was done to my vehicle. My car was returned cleaned. Moreover, their shuttle service was prompt and picked me up at my work on time. It was a great experience. Thanks Strong Volkswagen staff.
As always, Chip Bryson, and the crew did a great job. We had a minor glitch in our 2004 Passat, which the crew found immediately. It has now been fixed. No charge!!! What can I say, But thanks Chip and gang so much. I know that I can always depend on you guys. Joel Sherry
Just wanted you to know that your service was fabulous. I was attended to very quickly, got a ride to my place of business, and within very little time was called to say my car checkup was finished. I was then returned to your establishment by your lovely driver and able to pick up my car and go back to work. What was done for my car checkup was fully explained, plus I was informed of a defect for which I needed to make a return appointment. I brought my 2007 Jetta Wolfsburg edition in for a tune-up and a new battery. Joe/James Wolfe was the technician who assisted me, and he was excellent. He called me and kept me informed on my repairs. He answered all my questions and put in the extra effort to secure a loaner car for me when my Jetta needed to stay in the shop for a couple of days. I had a good, reassuring experience, and will be taking my vehicle back to Strong Volkswagen for all future repairs and tune-ups.
Brought my new VW golf into have the windows tinted. Chip Bryson was very helpful and got me a loaner car to use while windows were being tinted. Vehicle was ready to go when I picked it up. Thanks Chip!
Like Ashley -- I did not know that I needed an appointment on Saturdays and Strong was so great to squeeze me in since I too was going out of town. Thanks much!
