Update: Had hoped to have upped this to at least a 4 star because we truly love to support our own. - THE GOOD: Closing went smooth and everyone was really nice. Kim was nice and helped us get the home cleaned before moving in. The Attorney Brittany Manuel was a breath of fresh air, we loved her and Mrs. Viola is a stunning beautiful lady. When you say a realtor that goes to work for you, you're talking about Bernice. She will work for you until you get your money's worth and then some. She's professional and always has a listening ear. She wears multiple hats that are not necessarily part of her job description like a therapist, mediator, teacher, .... etc you name it. Just rest assured that she will always have her client's best interest at heart. She's practically family now. We love her!!!!!!
