My daughter is a full time student and has a full time job. We bought a Suzuki Sportback last year that has a full lifetime warrenty. Well this model has a problem starting, so we brought it in and the general manager said Suzuki does not have a fix for it, so I said so your selling unreliable cars...... he says no they start you just have to keep trying. Headed over to look at a used car after dealing with the terrible people and service at Stokes and the general manager came out and met me right at closing time. nice as can be! test drove the car and gave me 1,500 for my little dinky 2001 Kia as a trade-in!!! (stokes tried to give me 300, and then 800... and then told me it was only worth 100...) happy with everything!! gave me a car only $100 more than the NADA Value. very pleased! recoomnend and will return when i am ready to get another car.
My daughter and I bought a vehicle from this dealership last year. We sat in the dealership for the entire day and let's just say we were ready to leave. We have had a couple of situations where their customer service was awful. When we bought the car we traded another Suzuki in for it. The stupid salesman took the license off the WRONG vehicle in the parking lot and put them on my daughter's car. It took about two weeks to get it straightened out.
