Had a window of **** and still no call for an update by 6pm. Called in at 3:40 with an update of 1 person in front of me. Called again at 6pm and was hung up on. Called back and was put on hold for 10 minutes waiting for a supervisor. Even paid for a yearly subscription yesterday. If this is how you treat your subscription customers, I really hate to see how you treat people that need your help in a pinch. Called for AC repair. The Comfort Consultant was more interested in trying to sell me a complete new HVAC unit. Then I was told would cost about ******* just for labor to repair, all parts were covered under 10 year warranty because I had just purchased complete HVAC unit from them only 4 years ago. They told me compressor was out. I called another company for 2nd estimate, got my unit fixed and running in 40 minutes with a repair cost of $115.00. ************** renewed my contract for scheduled service after the May, 2023 expiration date after I had put my home up for sale in April, 2023 in case of any mishaps which might occur while on the market. The cost of renewal was $144.00. The house was sold July 24th, 2023. I notified the ******, ** office July 25th, the house had been sold. Had a service call with Pine State Services. Was quoted directly to me, a price of "about $500 ". Received an invoice for $740. Asked for a *************** breakdown Pine State said they would not provide any detail on the that basis. Have filed a complaint with the ***** *************************

I have used ************ Service Experts for many years - over 20 and they are always prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. They have installed 2 new systems in the last 20 years and I could not be more pleased with their service, products and the people you deal with. A rare find in todays world. I will always recommend them to anyone who asks for an HVAC you can trust.
