UPDATE: I’ve never received a return phone call from the owner. I’m considering reporting them to the BBB. I asked Stripes and More to add a hitch to my car. I’m handicapped and had purchased (elsewhere) an aluminum scooter carrier. After the hitch was added, the carrier was unstable and move a lot. On my second visit (more money) they added a part which seemed to stabilize the carrier. We didn’t try it out until the day we left for vacation.
