Just wanted to give a heads up for folks seeing Dr. Urukalo. I went in about 3 weeks ago for what I thought was toenail fungus. Dr. Urukalo did a thorough exam of my feet and explained a few issues which I appreciated. She then diagnosed with fungus on all ten toes and recommended her “usual” regimen of laser treatment, an ointment, and a supplement that would be ordered through 3rd party compounding pharmacy ($150/month for 3 months, I believe.) Stride is incredible! I just happen to discover them on the Internet, and it was the best find. I was in severe pain, and they worked diligently to get me in quicker than I could’ve hoped. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive. Customer service was 10 out of 10. Would highly highly highly recommend this team! After just this one visit, they have a customer for life.

Doctor Ana was very nice and professional, but there is a huge problem with the communication here and the staff. It shouldn't take over a week to get a prescription made, and I shouldn't have to keep calling or asking for updates through the portal constantly. I went in for a checkup almost a week ago on Friday, we confirmed that I needed a prescription medication for my problem.
