I’d previously been told by another clinic for a year that my fatigue and weight gain was “because you’re 30 now.” However, this provider listened and ran bloodwork. Turns out I have Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis. This provider listened, clocked the issue and shortly after got me on meds. I’m so grateful to the team there.
I was disappointed with our experience here last week. The nurse was excellent, spoke Spanish, and was therefore able to communicate well with the Spanish-speaking patient, recording vitals and answers to all the standard questions. Then the doctor came in and re-asked all the same questions in English so that the patient could barely understand, wasting time (with a prominent printed notice inside the door saying you get 20 minutes max for an appointment) and recording the patient's incorrect and/or garbled answers before b... read more
Love Dr. Tracy and his staff at the conifer location. The nurse is always so sweet and kind. They always listen to me when I have needed medical attention. Dr. Tracy has always been prompt and honest when I have a medical concern. He’s never hesitated if my medical concern needed further testing. I highly recommend him.
The best part about seeing “dr Tracy” is when he looks at me, sees my body covered with tattoos, and tells me without any hesitation that I probably have HEP C. Without tests, without anything but judgement. Also, questions my truthfulness about alcohol and drug use. Without any history or reason. I have made a report on my experience. I went to this stride location for urgency, that was a mistake. Now, I get to do all these tests over again with someone who believes me and wants to help me.
