I have to say that I was very impressed with the medical team here. Shynia was a wonderful practitioner and so was her assistant. All of the staff were very gentle and kind. They seemed to understand a trauma informed approach to care. Shynia was incredibly thorough and does her research. She didn’t pretend to know things or play the expert role. I just waited 3 weeks for my appointment only to find out it’s at a HS. I think this is something you should share when booking the appointment. I am not comfortable coming on to a HS campus for my doctors appointment so now I will have to reschedule and wait another 3 weeks.
