Would highly recommend using Stretch Lab. Kole takes his time to understand any areas of concern and helps facilitate stretches for the direct areas. This is such a great investment.
StretchLab in Franklin has a friendly and supportive staff. My flexologist, Thomas, and I are in our third month, and I am pleased with my progress. At the start, we discussed goals and set a plan to achieve them. The techniques utilized in our sessions together and those taught for my own use have benefited me well. I recommend their services to people of all ages.
