This is ONLY my 2nd session so I can't elaborate on the results 100%. 1st off everything toujave heard anout the staff and especially "Mario" BELIEVE IT! This young man undoubtedly has a pasion and love for what he does. Very informative and supportive throughout the session(s). Mario is the best , it’s the best part of my week each time I come.
I feel so much better since I've been coming to Strech Zone. Colt is amazing! I've been doing half an hour. I'm going to start come in for an hour of stretching.
