This place is AMAZING. So glad i gave them a try.. The guys (Mario) make you feel very comfortable and make sure you understand exactly what they do. I tell you they stretch you like you've never been, trust....I loved it so much my niece and I bought a few sessions. Give them a try you'll love it.
I always feel so much better after coming here. My second time was yesterday and Mario is just a delight and so good at his job. I cant wait go back!
They are a group of very professional people with the knowledge, training and expertise in stretching your body to an amazing place of relief I've had 3 sessions each better than the last. Absolutely love this place.

I started going to Stretch Zone a few months ago. As I have aged, my muscles and ligaments had really tightened. Utilizing someone to stabilize my body and work on specific ligaments and muscles has really improved my flexibility. I also had surgery in 1986 for Scholiosis and my back is partially fused so I was having some trouble with my right hip movement.
