Stretch Zone does not honor gift certificates that by Florida law They are required to do. As early as September 2020 they will not address and will not respond to patron. They have an F rating at the East Boca location Zack the manager Will not resolve problems that customers have. Beware!!!
The manager, Zach, is an outstanding manager. He is very knowledgeable, personable and skilled. He provides an in-depth explanation of the benefits of stretching, I.e., muscle memory. The practitioners providing the stretching are also skilled, personable and provide individualized programs. My experience with Giselle has been wonderful and I am making great progress in range of motion. The receptionist, Lauren, is friendly, accommodating and efficient. I highly recommend the Stretch Zone in East BOCA!
