Actually the truth is I was calling to inquire about your company. You never had my business. You were too lazy to let me ask you questions about your company. In fact, you will never manage any of my rental properties. I should actually thank you for the headache your company probably would have caused me later. Therefore any landlords that are looking for PM’s avoid this company like the plague.
