I competed in a Strengthworx powerlifting competition for the first time on 7/12/25. I’ve been fortunate enough to compete at a number of excellent events locally and nationally, and this one was right up there with the best of them. Communication leading up to the day was clear and timely, the weigh-in and competition were well organised, and Dyllon, Deano, and the event officials were extremely welcoming. Only been to this gym a handful of times but each time has been a pleasant experience. The owners of the gym are super chill and relaxed as well the community while I've trained here are amazing. Everyone there just seems as though they want to help.
Amazing vibes, the community is great. Everyone is encouraging and there's never any judgement. Dyllon and Dean are absolutely brilliant and always happy to help.
