I’ve been training at this box for over 3.5 years now and honestly, I can’t imagine lifting anywhere else. The gear is top-tier — competition-spec power racks, calibrated plates, deadlift platforms, the lot. But it’s the people that make this place. Deano, Dyllon and all the coaches actually care. Awesome gym! Everyone is so lovely, inclusive and encouraging. I like the CrossFit style workouts but it’s cool having the flexibility with the coaches variety in their gym backgrounds (powerlifting and strongman to name a few).

What a fantastic gym! CrossFit style training, power lifting, strongman - what more could you want? Deano and Dyllon are fantastic coaches, knowledgeable and friendly, they are constantly pushing athletes to grow with full support and better techniques.
