Welcome to Strength Training and Recovery ! Strength Training and Recovery (STAR Rehab) is an intensive evidence-based physical therapy program that specializes in spinal cord injury (SCI) as well as amputees. Our therapy and adaptive sports clinic is located in Grand Blanc, Michigan. How we're different? We take traditional rehabilitation out of the institutional setting and integrate individuals back into a societal setting through a fully accessible community-based health club.

Star Rehab is the reason I am where I am! Following my accident it was recommended to me that this was the best place for amputees and the employees of Star have proved that to be true. They have given me the skills and training to get me back to walking again. I strongly recommend Star Rehab to everyone!!

Its a great place. And took care of me very well. I was goin 3 days a week and it helped alot with my disability. Not only the workouts and masages but just the atmosphere. The owner sophia is very involved with helping you get healthy and physically fit again..also getting u involved in sporting events. but for real it was a great place for me and i really felt the support and love like a family. Great place!!

I hope I get the opportunity to work here some day!!!! This is where I did my final rotation of clinicals for school....I absolutely love this place! I feel at home here! The clients are amazing and my CI, Aubrey, was so great to work with and learn from!! The entire staff here operates like a team, like a family, and it was a wonderful setting!
