After 2 back surgeries for a ruptured disc, I was afraid to do anything that would risk a reoccurrence. Dr Arnould designed a program that has me feeling much stronger after only a short period of time. My energy level has improved as a result and I love going in to work out. Kudos to the staff, Amy and Dr. A.!
This is a beautiful gym with highly competent and attentive staff. The members are laid back and helpful ... my husband and I highly recommend SFL.
